Technical Component
Pacific American Medical Service reserves the right to bill the technical component of the radiology procedures requested by the supervising physician. In the event that the patient or patient's insurance is not billable by Pacific American Medical Service, the facility will pay a rate of $50-$75 per case, with a 3 case minimum.
Professional Billing Component
Physician qualifies to bill the professional component of the radiology procedure (s) performed by providing personal supervision at the time of service. In most cases a separate radiology report is required.
